تمثل حكومة مملكة بيت المقدس إحدى الحركات السياسية الغربية التي نشأت في الشرق الإسلامي وأقامت نظمها على النسق الأوروبي. وقد طبقت هذه النظم مدة قرنين من الزمان 493 - 690 هـ / 1099 - 1291 م.
ويعني هذا الكتاب بدراسة تنظيمات الصليبيين التي طبقوها في مملكة بيت المقدس وتشمل تنظيم الحكم والإدارة، والتنظيم القضائي والتنظيم المالي والتنظيم العسكري وأثر تلك التنظيمات على أوضاعهم أثناء تمثل حكومة مملكة بيت المقدس إحدى الحركات السياسية الغربية التي نشأت في الشرق الإسلامي وأقامت نظمها على النسق الأوروبي. وقد طبقت هذه النظم مدة قرنين من الزمان 493 - 690 هـ / 1099 - 1291 م.
ويعني هذا الكتاب بدراسة تنظيمات الصليبيين التي طبقوها في مملكة بيت المقدس وتشمل تنظيم الحكم والإدارة، والتنظيم القضائي والتنظيم المالي والتنظيم العسكري وأثر تلك التنظيمات على أوضاعهم أثناء إقامتهم في الشرق من حيث كيفية تطبيق تلك التنظيمات وهل ساهمت على بقاءهم أم هناك خلل ما في تلك التنظيمات أدى ضعف الوجود الصليبي / ومن ثم زواله في آواخر القرن 7 هـ / 13م.
