وكانت قضبان السجن هي الوليد الشرعي لدولة الطغيان ليكبل بها عقل الانسان الليبي قبل أرجله، الصديق الدكتور عبد القادر الفيتوري جاء نموذجًا لهذا الانسان القابع خلف قضبان سجنه قانطا من بزوغ فجر جديد الى أن فاجأته رياح الحرية ونسائمها مع هطول أمطار 17 فبراير المباركة والتي بحق جاءت مفخرة للانسان العربي وهي تدك بنجاعة معاقل الطاغية فسطر كتيبه هذا وقد عادت اليه الثقة في الانسان الليبي الذي اتبث انه قادر حتى النخاع على تبديل حاضره وكسر أغلاله وأصفاده.
