التعاونیة لیست ھندسة اجتماعیة سابقة التصمیم، تولدت فى ذھن مھندس اجتماعى ما، تستلزم بالضرورة الاستبداد السیاسى لتحقیقھا، بل ھى فكرة عملیة، وأسلوب طبیعى للعمل الجماعى بدیلا عن أسلوب التنافس والصراع، عرفته كل المجتمعات البشریة فى كل زمان ومكان، والشكل الحدیث المنظم منھا نشأ عفویا بمبادرة من العمال فى بلدة فى انجلترا من أجل تفادى غش وجشع التجار عام 1844 ، كما حدثت تجارب أخرى ل التعاونیة لیست ھندسة اجتماعیة سابقة التصمیم، تولدت فى ذھن مھندس اجتماعى ما، تستلزم بالضرورة الاستبداد السیاسى لتحقیقھا، بل ھى فكرة عملیة، وأسلوب طبیعى للعمل الجماعى بدیلا عن أسلوب التنافس والصراع، عرفته كل المجتمعات البشریة فى كل زمان ومكان، والشكل الحدیث المنظم منھا نشأ عفویا بمبادرة من العمال فى بلدة فى انجلترا من أجل تفادى غش وجشع التجار عام 1844 ، كما حدثت تجارب أخرى لتعاونیات إنتاجیة وإئتمانیة عبر أوروبا ثم عبر العالم، ومن قلب تلك الحركة العفویة، تبلورت التعاونیة فى مجموعة من المبادىء التى تمیزھا عن الرأسمالیة بوضوح رغم تشوھھا فى كثیر من الأحیان بالرسملة وبالبقرطة..إلا أن التزام الحركة التعاونیة بالمبادىء المتفق علیھا دولیا، یضمن خلوھا من ھذا التشوه، لتصبح علاقة إنتاج وتوزیع وتبادل مستقلة عن العلاقة الرأسمالیة، ومیزة التعاونیة أنھا تقدم بدیل عن الرأسمالیة یمكن ممارسته من باطن المجتمع التى تسود فیه الرأسمالیة، دون انتظار ثورة سیاسیة، كما انبثقت الرأسمالیة من قلب الاقطاع لتقضى علیه بعد اثبات تفوقھا علیه. أن الحركة التعاونیة العالمیة ھى الحركة الوحیدة المعادیة للرأسمالیة، التى حققت نجاحا عملیا مستقرا باھرا فى العدید من مناطق العالم منذ ما یقرب من قرنین من الزمان، بدون مآسى وضحایا وارتدادات وانحرافات وحروب ودیكتاتوریات دمویة، عرفتھا ثورات القرون الثلاث الماضیة، وھى الحركة الوحیدة التى حققت انجازات عملیة فى تحریر العمال من العمل المأجور لدى الغیر لیصبحوا شركاء ومنظمون وعمال فى نفس الوقت، ووفرت للمستھلكین السلع والخدمات بأسعار تقترب من أسعار المنتج الأصلى دون تحمیلھم ما یحصل علیه الوسطاء والتجار من أرباح، وحمت المقترضین مما تحصل علیه البنوك من فوائد، وأعفت المستأجرین مما یحصل علیه ملاك العقارات من ریع.
