يُعَدُّ هذا الكتاب الأولَ من بين شروح ’عمدة الأحكام‘ المطبوعة الذي تناول فيه مؤلفُه فقهَ إمام دار الهجرة مالك بن أنس ـ رحمه الله ـ.
قام المؤلف الإمام الفاكهاني ـ رحمه الله ـ في كتابه هذا بالتعرض لشرح كتاب ’عمدة الأحكام‘ للحافظ الكبير عبد الغني المقدسي، وهو الكتاب الذي طار ذكره في الخافقين، وذاع صيته بين المحققين. وقد جمع مادة شرحه من تقييدات أكابر شُرَّاح الحديث، كالخطابي، يُعَدُّ هذا الكتاب الأولَ من بين شروح ’عمدة الأحكام‘ المطبوعة الذي تناول فيه مؤلفُه فقهَ إمام دار الهجرة مالك بن أنس ـ رحمه الله ـ.
قام المؤلف الإمام الفاكهاني ـ رحمه الله ـ في كتابه هذا بالتعرض لشرح كتاب ’عمدة الأحكام‘ للحافظ الكبير عبد الغني المقدسي، وهو الكتاب الذي طار ذكره في الخافقين، وذاع صيته بين المحققين. وقد جمع مادة شرحه من تقييدات أكابر شُرَّاح الحديث، كالخطابي، وابن العربي، والقاضي عياض، والنووي، وابن دقيق العيد رحمهم الله أجمعين، حافظاً لنا كثيراً من نصوص الكتب المفقودة، أو التي ما زالت في عالم المخطوط.
وكان منهجه في كتابه بإيراده جملة من المباحث المحققة، والفوائد المنقحة، مع شرح الغريب، والتنبيه على نكت الإعراب، وبيان الأحكام الفقهية، وإيضاح المشكل منها، والتعريف برواته حسب الإمكان، فكثرت فوائده، وتعددت نفائسه، حتى قال فيه الشيخ العلامة ابن فرحون المالكي:
(وله ـ أي: الإمام الفاكهاني ـ: ’شرح العمدة‘ في الحديث، لم يُسبَق إلى مثله لكثرة فوائده).
يُنصح به: كلُّ مهتم بالحديث الشريف وشروحه، وخاصة من يهتم بالفوائد والنكات النحوية والعربية حيث كان المؤلف ـ رحمه الله ـ ذا باع طويل في هذا المجال كما شهد له أهل العلم.
