"إن الخلفاء الأربعة الراشدين أبا بكر الصديق وعمر بن الخطاب وعثمان بن عفان وعلي بن أبي طالب معروفون مشهورون رضي الله عنهم أجمعين، وكلهم مبشرون بالجنة، وأمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالاقتداء بسنتهم كما في الحديث الذي رواه الترمذي وغيره بإسناد صحيح: فعليكم بسنتي وسنة الخلفاء الراشدين المهديين من بعدي، تمسكوا بها وعضوا عليها بالنواجذ.
