يتناول التقرير الاستراتيجي الإيراني السنوي الأوضاع الإيرانية خلال عام 2000م، ويبدأ التقرير بالشئون والقضايا الإيرانية الداخلية، ثم ينتقل بنا إلى أوضاع إيران الاقتصادية مشيرًا إلى نقاط الضعف ومن أهمها ارتفاع معدلات التضخم والبطالة وانخفاض مستوى المعيشة، كما يشير التقرير إلى تطور الصناعات العسكرية التي تسمح لإيران بأن تصبح إحدى القوى العسكرية الإقليمية.
ويتضمن التقرير أيضًا ا يتناول التقرير الاستراتيجي الإيراني السنوي الأوضاع الإيرانية خلال عام 2000م، ويبدأ التقرير بالشئون والقضايا الإيرانية الداخلية، ثم ينتقل بنا إلى أوضاع إيران الاقتصادية مشيرًا إلى نقاط الضعف ومن أهمها ارتفاع معدلات التضخم والبطالة وانخفاض مستوى المعيشة، كما يشير التقرير إلى تطور الصناعات العسكرية التي تسمح لإيران بأن تصبح إحدى القوى العسكرية الإقليمية.
ويتضمن التقرير أيضًا الشئون الخارجية ومن أهم معالمها نجاح إيران فى وضع سياسة خارجية متوازنة، كما تضمن طبيعة العلاقات الإىرانية مع كل من دول المواجهة مع إسرائيل، والصين وروسيا، ونجاح إيران في جعل أوروبا الغربية نطاقًا حيويًا لعلاقاتها الدولية وبخاصة في ظل العلاقات المتوترة مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ويتناول التقرير أيضًا الموقف الإيراني من إسرائيل وخاصة في ظل انتفاضة الأقصى.
