رغم مرور أكثر من عام على إندلاع الشرارة الاولى لـ " ربيع الثورات " لا يزال الحديث عن مقاربة (أو مقاربات ) عربية جديدة للقضية الفلسطينية، يحمل قدرا من المبالغة ... فمتغيرات البيئة الإستراتيجية الجديدة ، حملت جديدا لا زلنا نستكشفه ونختبر آثاره ، واحتفظت بقدر من ملامح القديم المعلوم الذي لا يزال فاعلا ، ولو بقدر. هذه الثنائية المركبة ( بقاء القديم إلى جوار الجديد ) فى ظل وضع رغم مرور أكثر من عام على إندلاع الشرارة الاولى لـ " ربيع الثورات " لا يزال الحديث عن مقاربة (أو مقاربات ) عربية جديدة للقضية الفلسطينية، يحمل قدرا من المبالغة ... فمتغيرات البيئة الإستراتيجية الجديدة ، حملت جديدا لا زلنا نستكشفه ونختبر آثاره ، واحتفظت بقدر من ملامح القديم المعلوم الذي لا يزال فاعلا ، ولو بقدر. هذه الثنائية المركبة ( بقاء القديم إلى جوار الجديد ) فى ظل وضع عربى لايزال متحركا ومفتوحا على إحتمالات عدة ، تجعل من أمر إطلاق التوقعات حول المستقبل ، لاسيما تحديد التداعيات طويلة الأمد ، أمرا أكثر صعوبة من ذي قبل، ولكنه ليس مستحيلا .. يحتاج إلى الكثير من الخيال السياسي ، ويتطلب الواقعية أيضا.. يحاول تقديم مقاربات بشأن مستقبل النظم والسياسات والعلاقات بين الفاعلين ، ولكنه لا يعد بتقديم إجابات نهائية.
لقد أنهت ثورات 2011 ـ دون شك ـ حالة الانسداد السياسي التي عانى منها العالم العربي لعدة عقود . لكنها بالمقابل لم تفض حتى الآن إلى تحولات استراتيجية على صعيد السياسات العربية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية ، كتلك التحولات التى شهدتها المنطقة في أعقاب موجة المد الثوري العربي الأول في الخمسينيات من القرن العشرين . فالحاصل أن الثورة المصرية ، وهي التي تبقى مفتاحا شديد الأهمية للتحولات داخل الإقليم ، نجحت في الإطاحة برأس النظام والكثير من رموزه . فى حين أبقت على مؤسساته بما فيها تلك المنوطة بإدارة السياسة الخارجية للبلاد . ولهذا لم تتجاوز مستجدات السياسة المصرية تجاه ملفى القضية الفلسطينية ، والعلاقات المصرية الإسرائيلية ( وهما الملفان المرتبطان بشدة ) حدود التغيير التكتيكي المحسوب . وهو بالمناسبة أعلى سقف متاح حاليا بالنظر إلى الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة لهذه المؤسسات، المعنية بالدرجة الأولى فى هذه الآونة بالاستقرار وتصفير المشكلات الخارجية ( لاسيما المفتعلة منها ) قدر الإمكان ، في ظل الأوضاع الانتقالية شديدة الحساسية والخطورة التي تمر بها الدولة المصرية .......
