وعلى الرغم من أن الكتاب يناقش إشكالية عويصة في منطقة تتماس فيها الرياضيات البحتة مع الفيزياء النظرية؛ إلا أن المؤلف راعى فيه أن يخاطب القارئ غير المتخصص باستعمال أقل قدر ممكن من اللغة الرياضية التقنية.
