في الاربعينيات و الخمسينيات و الستينيات من هذا القرن السعيد، ازدهر مقهى البرلمان في بغداد. فكان برلمان المقهى في العراق. وفي اواخر الستينيات اندثر و انتهى و أُسدل عليه ستار النسيان فلم يعد هناك مقهى البرلمان و لا برلمان المقهى. كان مثابة و مرتاداً لخليط عشوائي من الناس يجمعهم فضول موحّد (شكو ماكو؟) يسألون وهم جالسون ماذا؟ و لماذا؟ ثم يفترقون الى ارزاقهم و مصالحهم بعدما يكو في الاربعينيات و الخمسينيات و الستينيات من هذا القرن السعيد، ازدهر مقهى البرلمان في بغداد. فكان برلمان المقهى في العراق. وفي اواخر الستينيات اندثر و انتهى و أُسدل عليه ستار النسيان فلم يعد هناك مقهى البرلمان و لا برلمان المقهى. كان مثابة و مرتاداً لخليط عشوائي من الناس يجمعهم فضول موحّد (شكو ماكو؟) يسألون وهم جالسون ماذا؟ و لماذا؟ ثم يفترقون الى ارزاقهم و مصالحهم بعدما يكونون قد شبعوا فضولاً و تساؤلاً من غير اجابات شافية.
