إن بعض الظواهر المرتبطة بالحالة الغروائية للمادة معروفة منذ زمن بعيد جدا ففى عام 1751 أشار ( لومونوسوف) في كتاباته حول الكيمياء الفيزيائية إلى أننا نطلق اسم التخثر على تحول السائل السهل الحركة إلى سائل غليظ القوام و تحول هذا الأخير إلى جسم صلب حيث يتم ذلك بدون تبخر ملحوظ وفى عام 1797 حصل (موسين – بوشكين) لأول مرة على صول فلز الزئبق . كما اكتشف (رينيس )عام 1809 ظاهرة الهجرة إن بعض الظواهر المرتبطة بالحالة الغروائية للمادة معروفة منذ زمن بعيد جدا ففى عام 1751 أشار ( لومونوسوف) في كتاباته حول الكيمياء الفيزيائية إلى أننا نطلق اسم التخثر على تحول السائل السهل الحركة إلى سائل غليظ القوام و تحول هذا الأخير إلى جسم صلب حيث يتم ذلك بدون تبخر ملحوظ وفى عام 1797 حصل (موسين – بوشكين) لأول مرة على صول فلز الزئبق . كما اكتشف (رينيس )عام 1809 ظاهرة الهجرة الكهربائية و ذلك عند دراسته لثأثير التيار الكهربائي على الجسيمات المعلقة فى الماء
