ناصر بن سليمان بن محمد العمر (مواليد 1373 هـ / 1952)، ولد في قرية المريدسية التابعة لمدينة بريدة بمنطقة القصيم.
النشأة والتعليم
أنهى دراسته الثانوية عام 1390 هـ من معهد الرياض العلمي، ثم أنهى دراسته الجامعية من كلية الشريعة عام 1394 هـ.
عين معيداً في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، بكلية أصول الدين – قسم القرآن وعلومه. ثم حصل على درجة الماجستير من كلية أصول الدين - قسم القرآن وعلومه – عام 1979م 1399 هـ، ثم على درجة الدكتوراه من كلية أصول الدين – قسم القرآن وعلومه – عام 1984م 1404 هـ.

لقد أكرمني الله بأن أعيش مع سورة النور متدبرًا لها، ومفسرًا لآياتها، إذ مكثت في ذلك قرابة ثلاث سنوات أُلقي درسًا أسبوعيًا فيها حتى منّ الله علي بالانتهاء منها، وقد رأيت أن تُستخرج منها الدروس التدبرية في رسالة خاصة يسهُل تداولها وقراءتها والإفادة منها؛ لحاجة الناس لما في هذه السورة من تزكية النفس وإصلاح المجتمع، ولاسيما في هذا الزمن الذي كثرت فيه الفتن والشهوات، واشتدت حاج لقد أكرمني الله بأن أعيش مع سورة النور متدبرًا لها، ومفسرًا لآياتها، إذ مكثت في ذلك قرابة ثلاث سنوات أُلقي درسًا أسبوعيًا فيها حتى منّ الله علي بالانتهاء منها، وقد رأيت أن تُستخرج منها الدروس التدبرية في رسالة خاصة يسهُل تداولها وقراءتها والإفادة منها؛ لحاجة الناس لما في هذه السورة من تزكية النفس وإصلاح المجتمع، ولاسيما في هذا الزمن الذي كثرت فيه الفتن والشهوات، واشتدت حاجة الأمة إلى الرجوع لكتاب ربها تعالى.
وقد قام أحد الأخوة الباحثين من طلاب العلم باستخراج تلك الفتوحات التدبرية، ثم راجعتُها، وراجعتْها اللجنة العلمية في تدبر، وأذنت بإخراجها في رسالة؛ ليعم النفع بها، ويُستثمر الجهد.
وإني أسأل الله تعالى أن ينفع بها كاتبها وقارئها وكل من ساهم في نشرها. وأُوصي كل أسرة بالعناية بهذه السورة، وتربية أولادهم عليها؛ حراسةً للفضيلة وترسيخًا للقيم.
