من بدايتها، وإتسع بإتساع المنطقة المحتلة الى ان بلغ أوجه بعد إنتهاء عملية المقاومة الوطنية، وتشتمل الدراسة على مجمل الدراسات المتعلقة بطبيعة الارض، وموارد المياه ونوعية الأشجار، وأساليب الزراعة وتربية الحيوان، وعمليات الإستيطان ورعايتها وتنميتها وتطويرها، وإقامة المؤسسات الإدارية والصناعية والبحثية والمالية لضمان إنجاحها. وقد جاء مركزة ومختصرة نظرا لتعددية جوانبها وتشعب موضوعاتها، كما أحتوت على عدد كبير من الخرط التوضيحية والجداول الإحصائية والرسوم البيانية. وبذلك نأمل ان تحظى بإهتمام طلاب التاريخ والعلوم الاجتماعية والقانون والاقتصاد كما نأمل ان يجد فيها الآخرون مادة جديرة بالقراءة
