أول تسجيل لمرحلة هامة في حرب أكتوبر 1973 امتدت في الفترة من هذا الكتاب مجاولة لتسجيل الصفحات المجهولة من سجلات حرب اكتوبر المجيدة وبالتحديد المائة يوم التي بدأت عقب قرار وقف إطلاق النار الأول مساء 22 أكتوبر 1973 حتي يوم 29 يناير 1974 ، أي الفترة التي حاول فيها الجيش الإسرائيلي بإستماته اقتحام السويس دون جدوي وظل علي أبوابها مائة يوم كاملة ينتظر سقوطها من الداخل
هذا الكتاب:
أول تسجيل لمرحلة هامة في حرب أكتوبر 1973 امتدت في الفترة من 22 أكتوبر 1973 حتى 29 يناير 1974 و شملت معارك السويس و معركة 24 أكتوبر 1973 و التي وصفها كافة المؤرخين العسكريين بأنها كانت نقطة تحول فاصلة في حرب أكتوبر.
و يكشف الكتاب كافة خفايا هذه المعارك على لسان أبطالها و شهود وقائعها, كما يتناول بطولة أبناء الشعب المصري أثناء فترة الحصار الذي تعرضت له السويس خلال المائة يوم و كانت بذلك أول مدينة تتعرض للحصار في تاريخ
