يهدف هذا الكتاب إلى إعادة الاعتبار لمؤلفات الإمام جلال الدين السيوطي في فن النكاح التي حاول كثيرون إنكارها واعتبرها البعض تافهة، وصنفها آخرون في باب الفحش والمجون، واستخدمها البعض ضده لينزله من مرتبته كعالم من علماء الأمة.
وإنصافاً لهذا العالم الجليل الذي ترك مكتبة غنية في الفقه والتفسير والحديث، نقول: إن خوض الإمام السيوطي في هذا الميدان نابع من خوفه – كمجتهد وإمام – على يهدف هذا الكتاب إلى إعادة الاعتبار لمؤلفات الإمام جلال الدين السيوطي في فن النكاح التي حاول كثيرون إنكارها واعتبرها البعض تافهة، وصنفها آخرون في باب الفحش والمجون، واستخدمها البعض ضده لينزله من مرتبته كعالم من علماء الأمة.
