يكمن هدف هذا الجزء من الكتاب في إعطاء صورة أكثر واقعية وموضوعية عن التراكم الروائي المتزايد الّذي عرفه المغرب منذ بداية القرن العشرين وإلى غاية سنة 2015، ومدى تطوّر هذا الكم ابتداء من العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين والعقد الأول والثاني من الألفية الثالثة.
أما الهدف الضمني لهذا الكتاب – مع أجزائه الأخرى الخاصة بالأقطار المغاربية المتبقية - هو خلق لُحمة بين الروائيين المغاربي يكمن هدف هذا الجزء من الكتاب في إعطاء صورة أكثر واقعية وموضوعية عن التراكم الروائي المتزايد الّذي عرفه المغرب منذ بداية القرن العشرين وإلى غاية سنة 2015، ومدى تطوّر هذا الكم ابتداء من العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين والعقد الأول والثاني من الألفية الثالثة.
أما الهدف الضمني لهذا الكتاب – مع أجزائه الأخرى الخاصة بالأقطار المغاربية المتبقية - هو خلق لُحمة بين الروائيين المغاربيين في القطر الواحد أو في الأقطار المغاربية الخمسة؛ وذلك بجعل هذا الكتاب وسيلتهم للاطلاع على ما قدّمه مواطنوهم الآخرون في القطر الواحد أو في الأقطار المغاربية الأخرى. فلا يصبح الروائي بمعزل عن إخوانه الروائيين، وإنما يسمح له هذا الكتاب بالاطلاع على ما جادت به قريحة زملائه الآخرين.
