مجموعهی بازخوانیِ متون دربردارندهی ویرایشهایی جدید از برجستهترین متنهاییست که در ادبیاتِ فارسی اهمیت دارند. کوشش بر آن بودهاست که این متون بدونِ آنکه در اساسِ آنها دستی برده شود،عرضه شوند. از این رو، تمامیتِ اثر و سَبکِ متن دستنخورده باقی میماند و تنها با پیراستنِ برخی فرعیات و فصلبندی و تدوینِ مجدد و پاراگرافبندی و نقطهگذاری و به کار بردنِ یک رسمالخطِ یکدست، متن به هیئتی تازه در میآید تا نه فقط برای پژوهندگان و کارشناسان، بلکه برای همهی ادبدوستان مفید و خواندنی باشد.
