باحث وناقد أدبي ومترجم، أستاذ الأدب الحديث في جامعة اليرموك- الأردن، حصل على الدكتوراة من جامعة فريدريش فيلهلم- بون- ألمانيا عام 1986. وعمل أستاذاً زائراً في أكثر من جامعة أردنية وعربية.
أصدر عدداً من الدراسات من أبرزها: "الانتحار في الأدب العربي"، "باريس في الأدب العربي" و"دوائر المقارنة".وغيرها. كما أن له العديد من الكتب المترجمة عن الالمانية، نذكر منها: "يوميات فرانتس كافكا 1910-1923"، "آدم باحث وناقد أدبي ومترجم، أستاذ الأدب الحديث في جامعة اليرموك- الأردن، حصل على الدكتوراة من جامعة فريدريش فيلهلم- بون- ألمانيا عام 1986. وعمل أستاذاً زائراً في أكثر من جامعة أردنية وعربية.
أصدر عدداً من الدراسات من أبرزها: "الانتحار في الأدب العربي"، "باريس في الأدب العربي" و"دوائر المقارنة".وغيرها. كما أن له العديد من الكتب المترجمة عن الالمانية، نذكر منها: "يوميات فرانتس كافكا 1910-1923"، "آدم وإيفيلين" لإنجو شولتسه، و"أوروبا والشرق من منظور واحد من الليبراليين المصريين" لبوبر يوهانزن.
حائز على جائزة أفضل كتاب مترجم للعام الجامعي 2007 التي تمنحها جامعة فيلادلفيا الأردنية عن كتاب ما بعد اليوتوبيات.
Book Description
جاءت يوميات كافكا، ونصوصه السردية ورسائله لتبني فضاءً مأزوماً يقف الإنسان فيه وحيداً ومنعزلاً وعارياً في مجابهة قوى خفيّة، مسيطرة، يلاحقه شعور جارف باللاجدوى واهتزاز الكينونة. مثلما تبلور في تلك المدة أسلوب كافكا السردي القائم على التدفق والاسترسال والحوار الداخلي والمزج بين الحلم والواقع، وهو ما أدى إلى إنتاج عوالم رمزية شديدة الغموض، تحيل العالم الماديّ المشخص إلى كيان هلامي مسكون بالسوداوية والرعب.
تشكّل هذه اليوميات في إطار علاقتها مع نصوص كافكا السردية نصّاً شارحاً يضيء الكثير من أبعاد تلك النصوص، ويفسر غوامضها، ويضيء سياقات ولادتها. فضلاً عن كونها تلقي أضواءً كاشفة على دواخل عالم كافكا، وتبيّن الكثير من أزمات ذلك العالم وما شهده من اضطراب وإحساس باللاجدوى.
