القرعة - وتسمى المساهمة - ضرب السهام من الحصص لإستخراج حكم الأمر المشكل والرضا به، ونيته المشروعة لله جائزة، ولغير الله سبحانه محرمة، وعليه جرت سيرة الناس قديما وحديثا مؤمنيهم وكفارهم، قال تعالى في قصة يونس: الصّافّات (37): 141: «فَساهَمَ فَكانَ مِنَ الْمُدْحَضِينَ».
