باران می بارد. پدربزرگ پشت شیشه ی مه آلود پنجره ایستاده است و می نگرد ریزش بی وقفه ی بارانی را که چند روزی ست ادامه دارد.
او هر روز دقایقی یا ساعتی از قاب پنجره به کوهستان روبرو خیره می شود، همان جایی که پدر مشغول کار است. او گاهی از خاطرات معدن و معدنچیان برایم تعریف می کند و اکثر اوقات نیمه تمام می ماند سخنانش و به خواب می رود. دوست دارم بشنوم تمام داستان های نیمه تمام او باران می بارد. پدربزرگ پشت شیشه ی مه آلود پنجره ایستاده است و می نگرد ریزش بی وقفه ی بارانی را که چند روزی ست ادامه دارد.
