-د. محمد أحمد سعيد, حاصل على دكتوراه من معهد الهيدرو متيورولوجي بروسيا عام 1985, أستاذ علوم البحار الفيزيائية بالمعهد القومي لعلوم البحار والمصايد, نائب رئيس اللجنة الافريقية لعلوم المحيطات
- د. فهمي محمد عيد, حاصل على دكتوراه في فلسفة العلوم في علوم البحار الفيزيائية من جامعة موسكو عام 1985, سابقا رئيس مجلس قسم علوم البحار بعلوم الاسكندرية, وحاليا أستاذ متفرغ بقسم علوم البحار بكلية العلوم جامعة الاسكندرية
