يشرح هذا الكتاب التطورات السياسية السريعة التى حدثت فى مصر تحت فعل ” سياسات الشارع Street Politics ” التى تمت خارج مؤسسات النظام السياسى وآلياته الرسمية، نتاجا لفشل تلك المؤسسات والآليات، وفى خلال اربعين شهرا اى منذ 25 يناير 2011، انتقلت سلطة رئاسة الدولة من مبارك الى طنطاوى الى مرسى الى عدلى منصور الى عبد الفتاح السيسى، مايعد نتيجة مباشرة لنزول المواطنين المصريين المتكرر يشرح هذا الكتاب التطورات السياسية السريعة التى حدثت فى مصر تحت فعل ” سياسات الشارع Street Politics ” التى تمت خارج مؤسسات النظام السياسى وآلياته الرسمية، نتاجا لفشل تلك المؤسسات والآليات، وفى خلال اربعين شهرا اى منذ 25 يناير 2011، انتقلت سلطة رئاسة الدولة من مبارك الى طنطاوى الى مرسى الى عدلى منصور الى عبد الفتاح السيسى، مايعد نتيجة مباشرة لنزول المواطنين المصريين المتكرر الى الميادين الكبرى والبقاء فيها لايام حتى تتحقق مطالبهم بالتغيير السياسى، وعاشت مصر ثلاث مراحل انتقالية : الأولى من 11 – فبراير 2011 الى 30 – يونيو 2012، والثانية من 2 – يوليو 2012 حتى 3 – يوليو 2013، والثالثة من 3 – يوليو 2013 الى موعد انتخابات مجلس النواب المقرر لها فى مارس 2015، وخلال هذه الفترة شارك المصريون فى 7 استحقاقات انتخابية : ثلاثة استفتاءات على الدستور والتعديلات الدستورية، واستحقاقين انتخابين نيابيين، واستحقاقين انتخابيين رئاسيين، وحدثت هذه التطورات فى سياق اتسم بالسيولة السياسية والحراك الاجتماعى السريع والانفلات الامنى وتراوح دور مؤسسات الدولة، ونحن هنا نرصد ونوثق تلك التطورات السياسية بالاستعانة بالعديد من المصادر الاعلامية والاخبارية كما نسعى الى تحليل وتفسير تلك الاحداث المتلاحقة مستعينين فى ذلك بنظريات ومفاهيم علم السياسة
