إبراهيم بن مراد هو إبراهيم بن مراد بن منصور بن عمار، ولد في 21 جانفي/كانون الثاني 1950 ببلدة بشري التابعة إلى ولاية قبلي بالجنوب التونسي. وهو أستاذ باحث بالجامعة التونسية مختص في علوم المعجمية وتاريخ العلوم.
