الدورة الثانية التي تزامنت مع الثورة المصرية جاءت فكرتها من د. سيد البحراوي الناقد وأستاذ الأدب العربي الحديث أن تكون عن الثورة والفانتازيا. حيث صيغت المسابقة لتسجيل الثورة بمعناها العام كحالة انفجارية في وجه ضغط غير طبيعي في لون أدب الفانتازيا
على عكس كتاب الدورة الأولى (جبانة الاجانب) احتوى الكتاب سبعة أعمال فائزة فقط وتم ترتيبها حسب مراكزها في المسابقة
