دولة "الفكرة" هي حلم البشرية.. إنها دولة لاتقوم على حتمية ظروف الأرض أوالدم... ولكنها تقوم على "اختيار" الإنسان، بوعيه الكامل وإرادته الحرة!! وبالنسبة للفكرة: كل أرض سواء، وكل سلالة سواء،.. إنها تخاطب "الفكرة" في أي إنسان، وكل إنسان!!ولقد كانت الدولة التي أقمها رسول الإسلام في المدينة تجربة حية مبكرة للدولة الإيديولوجية في التاريخ!! لم تكن دولة "مكة" أو "قريش".. ولا دولة "المدينة" أو "الأوس والخزرج".. بل كانت دولة "الإسلام"، المعروض على عقل إنسان، دولة إلتقي فيها المهاجرون والأنصار، مع صهيب الرومي وبلال الحبشي، وسلمان الفارسي، هذا اللقاء الفريد.. فكانوا جيعاً أعضاء مؤسيسين ومواطنين أصلاء في هذا المجتمع وهذه الدولة.. وهكذا تحقق الحلم المنشود، في ذلك الزمن البعيد.
