لقد أنزل الله عز وجل القرآن إرشادًا وهداية للناس لما فيه صلاحهم وسعادتهم في الدنيا والآخرة وشفاء لما في صدورهم وتزكية وتطهيرا لأنفسهم، عن الإمام علي (ع): "واعْلَمُوا أَنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ هُو النَّاصِحُ الَّذِي لا يَغُشُّ، والْهَادِي الَّذِي لا يُضِلُّ ... فَاسْتَشْفُوهُ مِنْ أَدْوَائِكُمْ ... واسْتَدِلُّوهُ عَلَى رَبِّكُمْ، واسْتَنْصِحُوهُ عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ، واتَّهِمُوا لقد أنزل الله عز وجل القرآن إرشادًا وهداية للناس لما فيه صلاحهم وسعادتهم في الدنيا والآخرة وشفاء لما في صدورهم وتزكية وتطهيرا لأنفسهم، عن الإمام علي (ع): "واعْلَمُوا أَنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ هُو النَّاصِحُ الَّذِي لا يَغُشُّ، والْهَادِي الَّذِي لا يُضِلُّ ... فَاسْتَشْفُوهُ مِنْ أَدْوَائِكُمْ ... واسْتَدِلُّوهُ عَلَى رَبِّكُمْ، واسْتَنْصِحُوهُ عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ، واتَّهِمُوا عَلَيْهِ آرَاءَكُمْ".
هذا ما دعاني إلى محاولة قراءة القرآن بتأمل وتدبر واستيحاء في ضوء بعض تفاسير القرآن المعروفة لأستلهم من آياته الوعي والرشاد والدواء لواقع حياتنا المعاصرة التي نعايشها بكل جدلياتها واضطراباتها، ومن ثم كتابة هذه التأملات والاستيحاءات مع المحافظة على بساطة اللغة والقصد في المعاني قدر الإمكان بحيث لا تزيد عن بضعة أسطر لكل آية أو مقطع من الآية.
ولم أتناول جميع الآيات القرآنية، بل اقتصرت منها على ما استطعت الاسترشاد منه مباشرة بما يتصل بواقع حياتنا، فإن غفلت عن آية أو معنى جميل في آية فإنما هو لمحدودية علمي وقصوري.
