تعتمد ليلى البلوشي في جديدها الأدبي "قلبها التاسع" أسلوباً طريفاً في الكتابة وهو ما يمكن تسميته بـ "القصة البرقية" (Histoir Télégramme) ، ففي كثير من قصصها القصيرة جداً، تحضر الصور التي تومض كالبرق الخلب، واللحظات الخاطفة، والمشاهد الموجزة، وعلى غرار هذا الأسلوب نقرأ: "إحتضار":
"احتضر حبها في قلبه، حين مات شيطانها فيه ...!".
"عنصري": بينما كنت أتجول في الشارع صدمني رجل أسود في طريقي ...!".
"تاريخ": عكف ينفخ على فحم ماضيه؛ كي يكون له ضوءاً في المستقبل ..!".
"أنا": جمع عدداً من المواقف والظروف والأشخاص؛ ليبني أناه ..!".
"عكازة": ترك عكازته مسندة على أحد الجدران، ثم دنا منها ومديده ليراقصها على أنغام الموسيقى المنبعثة في قاعة الرقص .. صدمت من ثبات وقفته ثم قالت له: أيمكنك الرقص من غير عكازة ..؟ فأجابها بمحبة شاسعة: - أنت عكازتي ..!. هذا الأسلوب الفني الطريف في الكتابة ينبئ بمقدرة الكاتبة وتمكنها من فنها، فهي تحاول أن تقدم لنا أفضل ما لديها في شكل أدبي مضغوط، لا يسمح إلا بهامش ضيق من المناورة الأدبية شكلاً ومضموناً، تعرضها علينا بصور من هذه الحياة الواسعة والعريضة، وتختصرها في قصص قصيرة جداً.
