المراسيم الرسولية هي ثمانية كتب تم تأليفها باليونانية في القرن الرابع الميلادي. أما السبعة كتب الأولى منها فقد تُرجمت إلى اللغة العربية، وهي المعروفة لدينا باسم "الديسقوليَّة - تعاليم الرسل"، وقد نشرها الدكتور وليم سليمان قلادة سنة 1979م. أما هذا الكتاب الذي بين يديك، فهو الكتاب الثامن منها، وقد ترجمته من اللغة اليونانية مباشرة، بالاستعانة بالترجمتين الإنجليزية والفرنسية له. فصار بذلك أول نص كامل للكتاب يصدر باللغة العربية. وهو يحوي أقدم نص كامل لصلوات القداس الإلهي، حيث يرقى هذا النص الليتورجي السحيق في القدم إلى حوالي سنة 260م. بالإضافة إلى أن الفصل الأخير من هذا الكتاب الثامن يحوي مجموعة قوانين هامة للغاية، وهي القوانين المعروفة في كل الكنائس باسم "قوانين الرسل"
