قصة استمرت أحداثها في الواقع عبر عشرات من السنين، وهي محاولة لير كل من يقرأها بعينيه هو وبعيون الخير والرحمة ما عمل من خير أو شر، ويقيم تلك الأعمال ولو لمرة واحدة، وعندها يستطيع أن يقرر أن يكون نهراً أو جدولاً يجري متوجهاً إلى المحيط ليصب فيه، فيعطي الخير لكل من يراه في طريق سيره، وأما أن يجمع قطرات مائه الصافية في حفرة صغيرة يقبع فيها لسنوات حتى يتعفن صفاؤها ويجف ماؤها، ويتخلى عن الصفاء والشفافية اللذين هما مرآة لكل نفس بشرية.
