يجمع هذا الكتاب الأعمال الكاملة للمهرجان الشعري الذي نظمه نادي الباحة الأدبي في منطقة الباحة / المملكة العربية السعودية للعام (1432ه) بمناسبة إنطلاقة جائزة الباحة على مدار يومين متتاليين، شهد خلالها سبع جلسات شعرية، شارك بها نخبة من الشعراء والشاعرات السعوديين والعرب إضافة إلى عدد من متذوقي الشعر في الباحة. يغطي الكتاب القصائد المشاركة في المهرجان وبعض الدراسات التي تناولت شعراء من المملكة لهم حضورهم الثقافي والأدبي في تاريخ المملكة مثل: دراسة: هطول الغيث بسيرة بلغيث / عبد الله صالح آل حامد العمري، من إعداد / د. سعيد بن سعد العمري، ودراسة أخرى بعنوان: من ملامح الإنتماء الوطني لدى شعراء الباحة في العصر الحديث من إعداد: أ. / سعد بن سعيد الرفاعي استعرض من خلالها المؤلف مفهوم الإنتماء والمواطنة وصولاً إلى مفهوم الإنتماء الوطني، ودراسات أخرى. أما القسم الأخير من الكتاب فاشتمل على (التغطية الإعلامية) للمهرجان وتضمنت كلمات أمير الباحة ووزير الثقافة، وعملية تتويج الفائزين بجائزة النادي الأدبي، ومجموع أعمال يومين من الشعر العربي الأصيل عطرت سماء الباحة بالإبداع ...
