كان صوت الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) هادئا عميقا مزدانا بالصدق بعيدا عن اللغو لا يتكلم في غير حاجة وحين يتحدث يتحدث بجوامع الكلم لا فضول ولا تقصير. وكان في منطقته حلاوة وفي ألفاظه فصاحة وفي معانية بلاغة ولا يتكلم إلا بكلام بين يحفظة من يجلس إليه فكلامه يلج القلب مباشرة فيستقر فيه لأنه يجئ عفوا بلا تكلف ينطق بالسليقة ويتكلم بالفطرة ولا غرابة في ذلك فهو صفي الله وخليله أوحي إليه برسالته ليبلغها للناس بالحكمة البالغة والموعظة الحسنة وما نجده في هذا الكتاب من أحاديث رسول الله التي تزيد عن عشرين ومائة حديث وجميعها مختارة من صحيح البخاري وتستولي علي اهتمام الناس في عبادتهم ومعاملتهم واخلاقهم وسلوكهم ، أحاديث يتأسي بها الخلق ويهتدون بنورها لتعلقهم بحب رسول الله فهو القدوة والمثل وهو النبي الرسول صلوات الله وسلامه عليه. وهذه الأحاديث التي قالها رسول الله منذ أكثر من أربعة عشر قرنا . تبدو وكأنه قالها اليوم في زمننا الحاضر لشدة تعلقها بحياة البشر ففيها الإجابة عن كثير مما يتساءلون عنه الآن وما يصادفونه في حياتهم.
