نبذة النيل والفرات: "قصب كله نايات" مجموعة شعرية للشاعر والإعلامي العراقي "مؤيد الشيباني". وفي هذا العمل تبدو قصائد الشيباني ذات مسحة لغوية خاصة تميزه، تعكس روح الحداثة وتأثيرها على الشاعر في كل موضوع يتناوله، معتمداً على ثنائيات ضدية مثل: صحو ونوم، يجيء ولا يجيء، والسؤال والجواب، مع استخداماته لمركبات لغوية اعتمدت آليات صياغية مدهشة وهو يعرض لنا الشخوص والمدن والموروثات الثقافية وخاصة التاريخية منها. ففي قصيدة بعنوان [وحيداً إلى قبره] يقول: ماذا يفعل هذا الرجل القادم من برية هودٍ، وبقايا قبة صالح؟ من نجف عالٍ.. وممالح، من شعر كميت، من قافية لا تهدأ إلا بأنين البيت، من حناء منارة ميثم في طرف الكوفة، من أروقة تحت الأرض لقصرٍ كان يسمى أموياً، هذا الرجل المترامي السعلة في صحراء السبعين جفافاً، ماذا يفعل غير الصبر؟ يحمل أكياس طحينٍ، وبطاقة تموينٍ، ويغادر منفرداً للقبر!". من عناوين المجموعة نذكر: طائر البرق، ثمة شمس تطل من النافذة، قطعة من رصيف، ضيف وسرب دخان، مجنونة من الأرض؟... الخ.
