"تقول أريد أن أصافحك، ولكن مذبحة... مذابح تقوم بها، تبعد الأصابع وتناثر الأيدي". لن تبرح فلسطين الفؤاد، ولن تدخل معاناة أهلها في غياهب النسيان، تظل حاضرة بإلحاح في الوجدان لتنساب عند أمينة عدوان معاني تحملها كلمات مسترسلة تعبر بصدق وبعمق عن هموم الوطن السليب تأتي انتقاءات الشاعرة النثرية بلا قيود، وكأنها حنين الفلسطيني بل ورغبته الجامحة إلى كسر تلك القيود المكبر بها منذ الشتات.
