لم تعد أطلال الأنساق الفكرية التقليدية قادرة على قراءة العالم الراهن، بتحولاته كافة، بينما لم نتخذ-بعد-موقفاً محدداً، أو نمتلك وعياً حقيقياً، تجاه فلسفات "ما بعد الحداثة" بوقوع ثقافتنا-وتخبطها-في شرك الاستهلاك الفكري، وأسر التبعية الذهنية، لنتاجات الآخر، دون تصفيتها، وتفكيكها، وإدماجها، بعد تحليل دقيق لظروف وملابساتها الاجتماعية والتاريخية. وبحكم ما نعانيه-ونعانيه-من زلزلة مفزعة لأنساق القيم والمعرفة وغيرهما، فقد اتصل الشعر، بوصفه تجلياُ إبداعياً لهذه الأنساق جميعاً، بمجمل عناصر هذه المنظومة الانهيارية المتشظية، لتعلن الكتابة الشعرية الجديدة قطيعتها الإبستمولوجية والجمالية مع ركام المراحل الشعرية السابقة، ورفضها لامتلاك وعى ضدى بالعالم، بحكم سيطرة هاجس التشظى، والاستسلام لصور عدمية يائسة، والاكتفاء بالانخراط في كهوف النفس، وسراديب الذات، وإحباطات التجربة الفردية، والبحث في نسبية الأشياء، والتفتيش في تفاصيل الواقع النفسي اليومي. بل تعلم أحياناُ، تأبيها على-وقطيعتها مع-نفسها، بتمردها الدائم على اليقين، والمطلق، والكلية، والإجماع، والاتفاق، وكل أشكال التكريس. عبر ثماني قراءات نقدية، لنصوص شعرية متمايزة، يطرح هذا الكتاب عينات مختلفة لتيارات الكتابة الشعرية الجديدة، لكنها لا تغطى خارطة هذه الكتابة، على تباين رؤاها، ومختلف مواقعها، وتعدد شهاداتها ومواقفها. ومن ثم، يأتي رصدها-هنا-منقوصاً، حتى يكتمل بينما يظل التنظير النقدي المواكب لها في طور تشكله وتأسيسه، بانتظار أن تتحقق لهما أسباب القوة، وشروط الوجود.
