قصة الخلق من التكوين إلى التكوير موضوع خاض غماره هذا الكتاب وفق منهج مقرر، أساسه ومرجعه كلام الله، الحقيقة المطلقة الوحيدة بين أيدي الناس، كذلك جمع وطبق المعلومات والمعادلات العلمية المتاحة في عصر المفهوم والمدرك للعقل الإنساني القادر على استنباط النتائج.
ويمكن تلخيص أهم المواضيع التي تناولها الكتاب كما يلي، أولاً: مرحلة خلق الحياة الدنيا: وفي هذا المجال يناقش المؤلف نظرية حديثة للتكوين، وذلك لرسم حدود السماوات السبع ولوضع معادلة زمنية لحساب أيام الله في الخلق إلى زمن أرضي. ثانيا: مرحلة ما بين الأولى والآخرة، وهي فترة الاختبار للأحياء والانتظار للأموات. ويحاول المؤلف هنا أن يضيف علامات جديدة ويحقق ليفرز في العلامات المعروفة على طريق الآخرة، حيث تمّ إعداد جدول زمني اعتمد على ترتيب مواقع الآيات الكريمة المنذرة عن تلك الأحداث.
ثالثاً: القيامة وما يرافقها من انهيار تام للنظام الدنيوي، ونشأة الحياة الآخرة ووقوف الناس للحساب أمام ربّ العالمين. وقد بسّط المؤلف معاني الآيات المتعلقة بهذه المسألة بلغة علمية محسوسة ليفقهها الناس. رابعاً: جهنم وعذابها وحقيقتها: وقد قدّم المؤلف الإثبات والدليل على أنها مكان حقيقي له أبعاد، وبأن تعذيب أهلها واقع لا محالة بمختلف الأساليب المادية المحسوسة.
خامساً: الجنة ونعيمها. وبنفس الأسلوب تمّ تحديد الموقع المكاني لها على أرض الآخرة، وأسهب المؤلف في وصف رجال ونساء الجنة وطعامهم وشرابهم ومنازلهم وما إلى ذلك. الفصل الأخير عرض فيه المؤلف لنظرية فرضية لعملية التحويل والتبديل من النظام الحالي الدنيوي إلى النظام الأخروي الخالد. واقترح في هذه النظرية رسم حدود لمواقع الجنة والنار، واضعاً المواصفات الفلكية والفيزيائية للنظام الجديد المخلد.
ويقول المؤلف بأن الأفكار التي تمّ طرحها في هذا الكتاب جديدة لم يطرحها أحد من السابقين ولم يتطرق إليها أحد من المعاصرين على الرغم من العلم الغزير الذي تقدمه آيات القرآن الكريم.
