"أقصى درجات السعادة هو أن نجد من يحبنا فعلا، يحبنا على ما نحن عليه، أو بمعنى أدق ، يحبنا برغم ما نحن عليه" نجيب محفوظ. أيامنا غربة، وغربتنا أيام تطول! نهيم في هذه الحياة ، سالكين دروبها، باحثين فيها عن طرق نظن أن فيها نجاتنا. نبحث ونبحث، نسعى ونسعى، وكلما ظننا أننا اقتربنا، ولوجهتنا اهتدينا، نمد يدنا لتمسك فراغا! وبدلا من أن نقف وهلة لسؤال حواسنا، واستفتاء قلوبنا ، نزج بأنفسنا لسلك طرق آخرى، واهمينها بشرف المحاولة، وكبرياء التحدي! متغافلين عن تعطل بوصلتنا وكاتمين صوتا، من الأعماق، ينادينا! وجوهنا تشابهت، تعابيرنا تأنقت وبالأقنعة توارت، تزخرفت أرديتنا، وتزينت كلماتنا، وتاهت بالزحام أرواحنا. نلتفت فلا نجدنا، نبحث فلا نرانا، لأننا، برغم جمال عيوننا، غابت بصيرتنا! فتبدأ همسات القلب المكبوح تعلو لتصبح نداءا، وتتحول همهمات الروح السجينة صراخا مستنجدة طالبة الحرية، فنبحث عن أبسط حقوقنا:الاحتواء. مهما ادعينا حب الوحدة ومهما اختبأنا في كهف العزلة، مهما قسونا وللغير أهملنا، يبقى الاحتياج واحد وإن تعددت أرديته وأقنعته! تفضحنا عيوننا، قلوبنا ونبرات أصواتنا، فهي ليست ملكنا لنتحكم بها، بل ملك فطرتنا السوية واحتياجنا النقي! ولأن الشتاء يعقبه ربيع، ولأن تساقط أوراق الخريف يتيح للأشجار التجدد، ولأن العواصف تعيد ترتيب الأولويات في حياتنا، نسكن ونهدأ وندرك! فتتغير نظرات العيون لتصبح أصفى وأعذب ، وتتساقط الأقنعة لتصبح التعابير أصدق وأجمل، وتستيقظ الحواس لتعلن عن تحررها. نقترب من بعض أكثر وأكثر، نستمع لحديث صمتنا أكثر وأكثر، ونسكن لبعضنا أكثر وأكثر! حتى طلباتنا تتغير، لأنها تعكس ما نحتاجه لسعادتنا، وليس متعتنا فقط! وهناك فرق. ستصبح الابتسامة أجمل زينة، وبريق العيون يضاهي بريق الماسة! صمتنا أجمل الكلام، ولمساتنا أنجح دواء، وقلوبنا أجمل وطن! ومهما طالت غربة أيامنا ومهما ألقت بنا الدنيا في دروب النسيان، سنلتقينا من جديد وسنجد الوطن في قلوب أحبتنا. ولن أستطيع بلوغ جمال ماقاله جبران ولكنني ساستمتع بكلماته: "من تحب هو ليس نصفك الاخر ..هو أنت كلك في مكان اخر في نفس الوقت". تمنياتي بعودة الطيور المهاجرة إلى عشها...قلوب أحبتها.
