هذا الديوان أكثر من أربعين قصيدة، يضمها هذا الديوان، وطنية وإسلامية واجتماعية وإنسانية وعاطفية، تمثل فكر الشاعر وفنه.
فمن الجانب الفكري تمثل هذه القصائد شاعراً يؤمن بالإسلام والعروبة إيمانه بالإنسانية، ويغني لكل المثل الرفيعة، وللكفاح من أجل الحرية والعدالة وحقوق الإنسان، وتمثله كذلك إنساناً مؤمناً بالصدق والوفاء والالتزام بالمسؤولية والواجب والحق.
ومن الجانب الفني تمثل هذه القصائد روح الأصالة والمعاصرة جميعاً، مع الالتزام بالعمودية، والحرص على الموسيقى، واستلهاماً التراث والسمو بالأسلوب والشكل ليكونا في تعادل مع المضمون والموضوع.
إنها رحلة فنية، لا تمثل فترة بعينها من حياة الشاعر ولكنها تمثل فترات حياته كلها.. من كل بستان زهرة، ومن كل زهرة أريج.
