ولدت الكاتبة الفلسطينية امتياز النحال زعرب في مدينة رفح عام 1981 م ، تلقت تعليمها الابتدائي والإعدادي في مدرسة العقاد المشتركة ، وتعليمها الثانوي بمدرسة القدس الثانوية للبنات.
حصلت على شهادة البكالوريوس من كلية الآداب تخصص لغة إنجليزية / فرنسي من جامعة الأزهر بغزة عام 2003 م.
ثم نالت شهادة دبلوم تأهيل تربوي من جامعة القدس المفتوحة عام 2009م.
متزوجة وتعيش حالياً في مدينة غزة.
شاركت في العديد من المؤتمرات والفعاليات الوطنية والثقافية ، وكتبت العديد من المقالات والأشعار والقصص القصيرة.
أنشطتها: • عضو رابطة الكتاب والأدباء الفلسطينيين.
• عضو رابطة أدباء الشام.
• صاحبة مدونة " قلم ودفتر " .
مؤلفاتها: • أبجدية إبداع عفوي ، نصوص ، مع مجموعة من المؤلفين ، 2011 م.

اكتبي.. أفرغي دواخلكِ على ورقة بيضاء معطوبة بوجع الاشتياق اكتبي.. اسكبي آلامك وأحزانك الدفينة على رخام الحروف.. لعل حرف يعتزل مهنته الأزلية ويمتهن الطب ليريحك من عناء ألم يتسرب من حنايا الروح اكتبي.. يا يمامة الحزن.. يا عشقًا اندثر بين وريقات تخفي الحنين بين نقطة / فاصلة هاربة من عتاب حمائم الغريبة اكتبي.. ودعي حلمك يمتشق سهام الكون لا يبوح ولا يخبئ، دعيه شفافًا طاهرًا يروي حكايا أنثى لا بداية لها ولا نهاية اكتبي.. ودعي الأصفر يتسرب من دفاتركِ القديمة ويتساقط مع كل رنة قلب، مع كل أنة ألم يا وردة.. عطرها لا يفوح يا جرحي.. الذي لا يبوح ابكِ حروفًا.. لا تصدأ ابكِ كحلًا يزين أرصفة الأوهام اكتبي.. لا تخافي.. لا تجزعي يا صغيرة.. فمن كتب لم يمت ناقص حرفٍ اكتبي.. لا تأبهي.. لا تلتفتي.. لصرخات جنون تشد أذنيكِ اكتبي.. لحنًا خالدًا من أوجاع روحٍ غريبة وسط غابة من بشر.. بلا خيل.. بلا فرس اكتبي.. لن تندمي.. لن تندمي
