هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: التعليق على مواد قانون مكافحة المخدرات وتنظيم استعمالها رقم 182 لسنة 1960 طبقًا لأحدث التعديلات والقرارات الوزارية المكملة له والمبادئ القانونية لمحكمة النقض المصرية بشأن أركان جرائم المخدرات المختلفة وأسباب البراءة والإدانة فيها والتلبس وإجراءات التفتيش وتسبيب الأحكام في جرائم المخدرات والعقوبة والإعفاء منها وتطبيق القانون الأصلح للمتهم والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية الخاصة بجرائم المخدرات والكتب الدورية وأوامر الإحالة وقوائم الثبوت المتعلقة بالاتجار في الحشيش والهيروين وتعاطي المخدرات وذلك فيما يلي:
أولًا: التعليق على مواد قانون مكافحة المخدرات وتنظيم استعمالها 182/ 1960 طبقًا لأحدث التعديلات وقرارات وزير الصحة المكملة له والمذكرات الإيضاحية، ثانيًا: المبادئ القانونية التى قررتها محكمة النقض المصرية حتى عام 2003 والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية الخاصة بجرائم المخدرات المختلفة وتعليمات النيابات والكتب الدورية الصادرة من مكتب النائب العام وأوامر الإحالة وقوائم الثبوت.
