إن الرعاية المتكاملة للشباب. والذي تمتد المرحلة العمرية الزمنية له، فيما بين الخامسة عشر إلى الخامسة والعشرين من العمر، و التى تمثل فى عالمنا العربي مرحلة عمرية زمنية أوسع وأكبر من هذا المدى العمري ،حيث تشمل فى بدايتها جزءاً من المراهقة،والتى تكثر فيها الاضطرابات النفسية والاجتماعية بين المراهقين،كما تشمل فى نهايتها جزءاً كبيراُ من مرحلة الرشد،التي يكتمل فيه النضج الجسمي والعقلي ،ويصبح الشباب فيها أكثر واعيا وإدراكا بمسئولياتهم الذاتية نحو أنفسهم، والاجتماعية نحو المجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه...هذه المرحلة ..لعلنا ندرك جميعا- كواجب وطني – ضرورة رعاية وتوجيه الشباب،حيث يشارك الآباء والمعلمون وعلماء الدين المسئولون فى مختلف المؤسسات ،من أجل الاستقرار الاجتماعي والاتزان السلوكي والتوافق النفسي بين فئات الشباب وذويهم وبين أبناء المجتمع كافة،وحيث تعددت أنماط الصراع،نتيجة لكثر مشكلات الشباب،وباتت الأنواء العاصفة الناجمة عن الاضطرابات والاختلالات السلوكية التى يقوم بها بعض الشباب،والتي نتاجها الآثام والشرور التى تفتت عضد الحياة الاجتماعية،وتدمر ولا تعمر. لهذا من أجل مجتمعات عربية يسودها الأمن والأمان فى كافة دوربها،والاستقرار الذي ينشده الجميع،يحتاج الشباب إلى ما ينير لهم طريق الهدى والصلاح.والهدى الإسلامي بتعاليمه السمحة،والتوجيه والإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي ،يمكن الشباب من إتباع أحسن ما أنزل علينا،من التمسك بالعقيدة السمحة والاعتزاز بالتراث،والالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية والاجتماعية والمحافظة على العادات والتقاليد الإيجابية القويمة والمساهمة فى بناء المجتمع بإيجابيات، واقتضاء السلوك السوى القويم ،والابتعاد عما يحدث الاختلالات والاضطرابات فى الحياة الاجتماعية، للبناء بدلاً من الهدم،ولدفاع عجلة التقدم نحو الغد المشرق الأفضل. . الله نسال الهداية والتوفيق لنا أجمعين ...
