عصام موسى هادي. ولد في الأردن في 27 / 8 / 1968 م في الهاشمي الشمالي، داعية إسلامي موظف في وزارة الأوقاف بوظيفة إمام أول، وعضو لجنة فحص دور القرآن الكريم في المملكة كلها، أصله من عائلة "آل هادي" ترجع إلى عشيرة آل علي، سكنت قرية "عين كارم " من قضاء القدس. هاجرتْ عائله مع عشيرتها وسائر عشائر (عين كارم) إبان احتلال فلسطين من قبل اليهود سنة ( 1948م ).
