وللإحاطة بموضوع الكتاب أكثر يضيء الكاتب على جوانب هامة تبحث في وضعية المرأة المسلمة في منظومة الحياة المجتمعية. ما هي حقوقها وواجباتها. كيف يراها الإسلام في علاقتها مع زوجها، أبنائها، والديها، عملها. لذلك يبيّن لنا الكاتب ماذا تعني المساواة في الإسلام، وكيف يختار الرجل المرأة الصالحة التي يتم بها الإستقرار الأسري، ما هي حقوق الأطفال، دورها في عملية الطلاق، وجوب الطاعة والتزام الحجاب، وزينة المرأة، تبين المشروع والممنوع. وأخيراً يخصص فصلاً للشبهات والردود (مواطن الإشتراك والإختلاف). ويتطرق فيها إلى مواضيع حساسة وهامة مثل القوامة للرجل، نقصان العقل والدين، تفاضل الميراث ... الخ.
