جمع المؤلف في هذه الرسالة الطيبة قدر استطاعته ما صح وما وثق من علماء الأمة بعض كرامات الصحابة اعترافاً بفضلهم وعظيم منزلتهم ، ووفاءً لتضحياتهم وجهادهم في سبيل الله ، وأكثر ما ورد عنهم من الكرامات حصلت لهم في الجهاد في سبيل الله تثبيتاً وتكريماً لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فعرف أولاً الصحابي ومرتبة عدالته مع الأدلة ، ثم تعريف الكرامة وأدلة ثبوتها ، ثم عرج على ذكر الكرامات بدءاً بقتال الملائكة مع الصحابة يوم بدر وحنين ، ووصولاً إلى حمل الملائكة جنازة سعد ، واهتزاز عرش الرحمن لموته وهكذا إلى أن قارب ذكر سبعين موطناً من كرامتهم .
