سكبتها "عايدة الدرمكي" في عقد نضيد طرّزته بحرص شديد بكلّ عواطف النيل والخفر والحياء والإقدام والإقتحام والإبتهال والمناجاة والتحدّي، فجاء بوحها صافياً... صادقاً... شفيفاً... عذباً...
"عايدة الدرمكي"، قلم يحفر اسمه بأناة وصبر وإيداع وتجلٍّ... نقرأ لها مقطع من قصيدة بعنوان "صدقت النبوءة"... وصدقتك": "صَدَّقْتُ قَلْبي حينَ نَبَضَ... وصدَّقتُ مشاعري حين انتفضتْ... صدقتُ عيني حين برقتْ... وصدقتُ صُوتي حين ارتعشَ... صدَّقْتُ بأنَّ الحُلُمَ قد تحققَ... وبأن الأملَ قد لاحَ... صدقتُ بأنَّ الألمَ قد ولَّى... وبأنَّ الحبَّ قد رفرفَ... صدقْتُ بأن الخيال قد أضحى حقيقةً... وبأنَّ النزفَ قد توقَّفَ".
