يحتوي هذا الكتاب على مجموعة من الدراسات والبحوث القانونية والتعليقات على بعض الأحكام القضائية، كنت قد كتبتها في فترات متفاوتة يرجع في عدد منها إلى عشرين سنة سابقة، وقد تم نشرها جميعاً بفضل الله تعالى في المجلات المتخصصة بالجماهيرية في أوقات مختلفة، جرت الإشارة إليها في كل واحد منها بهذه المجموعة، وقد تبين لي من خلال إطلالة عابرة على ما تضمنته أنها لا تزال- رغم مرور زمن ليس بالقصير عليها- تحتفظ بقيمتها العلمية والعملية في شأن المسائل التي تناولتها والاجتهادات التي أبدت فيها، بل إن بعض هذه الاجتهادات قد لاقى معالجة تشريعية أو قضائية سوف أنوه إليها في موضوعها، ولعل ذلك كله يكون دافعي لتجميعها وإعادة نشرها في هذه المجموعة تعميماً للفائدة المرجوة من كل بحث أو تعليق.
