تعد الإعاقة وحالاتها المتعددة أمراً سريا بل وكان لابد لنا من الاعتراف بها والعمل على تحسين وضع المعاقين وكشف أسباب الإعاقة وتمكين أصحابها من الاندماج مجتمعياَ يعرض كيفية تقييم الطفل المصاب عن طريق تحليل وضعياته وفحصه السريري مما يساعد على تحديد الاختلال في الآلية العصبية الحركية ومعرفة دقيقة لمراحل تطوره الطبيعي للطفل والوظائف العصبية ومقارنتها مع الطفل المصاب وبالتالي تحديد العمر الوظيفي لوضع خطة علاجية تأهيلية صحيحة فضلا عن تقييم حالة العظام واضطرابات النظر والسمع التي تؤثر على تواصل الطفل وهذا التقييم يؤدي لتأهيل صحيح يشارك فيه فريق عمل متكامل. وعرف الأستاذ بسام القاضي أثناء الجلسة بموقع نساء سورية وما له من أهمية في الحوار الوطني حول قضايا المجتمع السوري ، وبخاصة قضايا المرأة و الطفولة والمعاقين ، ولفت أن الحوار يستند إلى الاعتراف المبدئي بوجود هذه المشاكل ثم البحث عن حلول لها ونوه أن المرصد يقدم صفحة انترنيت مجانية فرعية من " نساء سورية لأي من الجمعيات أو الأفراد العاملين في حقول المجتمع المختلفة. تنزيل ملف الصورة بالحجم الأصلى
