مدخل ممتاز لمعرفة فلسفة زن والتي بدأت بالانتشار في الآونة الأخيرة في المجتمع العربي. فلقد أصبحنا نبحث عن السلام الداخلي والسيطرة على عقولنا التي أصبحت ساحة معركة من الأفكار والقضايا والخلافات. فلا نستطيع الهروب قليلا من الصراع الدائر حولنا من العالم المجنون إلا ونجد أنفسنا في دوامه تعود بنا إليه من جديد والمؤلم ـن ذلك يحدث في وقت راحتنا وخلوتنا أو جلوسنا مع العائلة. فالإنفصال عن الأحداث وعيش اللحظة هو ما نبحث عنه وهذا أساس ما تقوم عليه فلسفة زن البسيطة والتي تجعلنا نلهم أنفسنا بأننا نستطيع أن نكون أكثر وعياً بأنفسنا ونستطيع صنع واقع جميل نعيش فيه أولاً ومن ثم نسعى مع الآخرين لخلق مجتمع أكثر تعاوناً وحباً. ربما هي مثالية مبالغ فيها ولكن قليل من المحاولة ستكتشف أن منهج زن واقع تستطيع التعايش به بكل واقعية. وهذا ما وجدته وأنا في أول خطواتي لتعلم هذه الفلسفة.
