بفطنة الشاعر المهووس بالتفاصيل الدقيقة، يقتفي أمجد ناصر يوميات غربته، تلك التي تنبعث من لغة مرصوصة بعناية من اليومي، شفيفة واضحة، جميلة النبرة، غير مثقلة بالتفاصيل المفرطة، وإن اهتمت بتناظرها وتضاداتها، وهذا ليس بغريب عن شاعر مأسور بفتنة العشق لاصطياد اللقطة الذكية، واللحظة المحتدمة بالتقابل المحرك غير الساكن. عذاباته لا يصبها في كؤوس تفيض هذرا، بل بشعر مهموس، معاتب. وهكذا، ففي قصيدته رعاة العزلة، كما في كثير من ديوانه الذي يحمل العنوان نفسه، تمازج واندماج متواصل بين وجود الشعار الجسدي وهو يستفز وقاحة الوقت التي طرزت غربته، وبين معالم الذكريات البعيدة القريبة؛ ويتم هذا التمازج والاندماج بطريقة تحافظ على انخراطهما من أول القصيدة إلى آخرها
