هكذا يعبثون.. وهكذا تقول أمينة زيدان علي غلاف روايتها البديعة ، لتترك الفضول ينهش أفكارنا ويشد أفئدتنا سعيا نحو معرفة .. من هم الذين يعبثون ؟ وبما ذا يعبثون ؟ وكيف يعبثون ؟ . غير أن اسم أمينة زيدان علي رواية جديدة لا بد يستدعي إلي الذهن مجموعتها الأولي " حدث سراً " وكيف أنها لم تكن كالكثيرات من بنات جيلها تركز علي ما يسمي بكتابة الجسد والعناية بمشاكل المرأة وأحاسيسها – علي الرغم من أن كتابتها لا تخلو من ذلك إلي الحد الذي وصل بأحد النقاد يركز علي هذا الجانب في كتابتها وما كان منه في تلك المجموعة – غير أن هذا لا يأتي كهدف وغاية ، وإنما تستخدمه أمينة زيدان للإمعان في تأكيد إسلوبها المراوغ الخادع ، وليحمل عملها أكثر من مستوي للقراءة بحيث يمكن القول باطمئنان أن أمينة زيدان تركز بالدرجة الأولي علي الهم العام ، هم الوطن ، علي الأحداث الكبرى ، غير أن ما يثير التساؤل والدهشة هو أن الكاتبة كانت في مجموعتها تتوجع وتتألم مما حدث في يونيو 67 ، لكنها هنا تنظر للأشياء بمنظار مختلف ، كيف؟ ذلك ما نحاول التعرف عليه بين دهاليز العمل ومنحنياته المتعرجة والمتداخلة والتي ذاب فيها الزمان والمكان ، فأمينة زيدان لا تقدم حدثا متصاعدا ، أو شخصيات متنامية واضحة المعالم ، وإنما تعتمد تجزيء الزمان – إن صح التعبير – مركزة علي الهم الشخصي الإنساني ، لتزيد من التمويه والإيهام ، ومعتمدة علي الشاعرة المشحونة الموحية التي تدعو إلي التأمل والبحث عما خبأته وراء الظاهر ، فهي إذن تلمح أكثر مما تصرح ، وتوجز أكثر مما تُفيض وُتزيد .
