في عالم يشكل فيه توسُّع "الدولة الإسلامية" أخطر تحدٍ للعمل الإنساني ومبادئه منذ عقود، يطرح غيل سؤال حاسماً: هل يمكن لدول الغرب المشاركة في الحرب في بلد ما وتقديم المساعدات في الوقت ذاته؟".
