يتضمن هذا الكتاب ما يأتي: النصوص الكاملة للتعليمات العامة للنيابات الكتابية والمالية والإدارية الجديدة الصادرة في 28/5/1995 والمقصود بالأعمال الكتابية والمالية والإدارية للنيابات وواجبات رؤساء الأقلام والتفتيش المالي والإداري وواجبات العاملين والأعمال المحظورة عليهم ومسئوليتهم وغيرها من الأعمال الإدارية ونصوص قانون الإجراءات الجنائية المعدل بالقانون رقم 95 لسنة 2003 وأهم التشريعات المتعلقة بالهيئات القضائية والنصوص الكاملة للائحة التفتيش القضائي وأهم المبادئ القانونية التي قررتها محكمة النقض المصرية بشأن الرسوم القضائية وفقد الأوراق الجنائية وأحدث تطبيقات محكمة النقض المصرية وذلك فيما يلي:
أولًا: المقصود بالأعمال الكتابية والمالية والإدارية للنيابات وتطورها التاريخي، ثانيًا: الآثار القانونية المختلفة المترتبة على مخالفة تعليمات النائب العام، ثالثًا: النصوص الكاملة للتعليمات الكتابية وتشتمل على إجراءات إنشاء وتنظيم الجداول والدفاتر والسجلات وأعمال التحقيق والإعلان والمضبوطات وأعمال الجلسات المختلفة وقضايا الجنايات وطلب السوابق وغيرها من التعليمات، رابعًا: النصوص الكاملة للتعليمات المالية وتشتمل على إجراءات الرسوم القضائية المستحقة على الدعاوى المختلفة والدمغة وبدل السفر وغيرها، خامسًا: النصوص الكاملة للتعليمات الإدارية وتشتمل على الإجراءات الإدارية وتتضمن واجبات رؤساء الأقلام والتفتيش المالي والإداري وواجبات العاملين والأعمال المحظورة عليهم ومسئوليتهم وغيرها من الأعمال الإدارية، سادسًا: نصوص قانون الإجراءات الجنائية المعدل بالقانون رقم 95 لسنة 2003 وغيرها، سابعًا: أحدث التشريعات المتعلقة بالهيئات القضائية وتعديلاتها، ثامنًا: أحدث المبادئ القانونية التي قررتها محكمة النقض المصرية بشأن الإجراءات الإدارية للنيابات والرسوم القضائية وفقد الأوراق الجنائية وغيرها.
